Primary Printing morning.

Artist Alan Birch, spent the morning in St Elizabeths Primary School in Wythenshawe on behalf of the Whitworth Art Gallery. Pupils from Year 4 , 5 and 6 explored a range of printmaking media. Relief prints, drypoints and polystyrene prints were produced during the morning and the pupils really engaged with the subject. The vibrant work complemented creative work already carried out in the school.
